Comparing the inventory job email list turnover days of Taiwan's semiconductor industry in the first quarter of this year and the first quarter of last year, this magazine found that the inventory turnover days of many Taiwan IC design companies have increased significantly. A number of IC design companies related to mobile communication have experienced a significant increase in inventory. For example, the large mobile communication chip foundries have been stable. Quarterly revenue fell by 6.9% compared to last year, but revenue in April and May, which began in the second quarter, both accelerated by 11% compared to the same period last year. Another major foundry, Hongjieke, saw a 76% increase in inventory turnover days and a 42% decline in revenue in the first quarter. From March to May, its monthly revenue declined at an annual rate of about 50%. In the announcement, it was stated bluntly that it was because of the reduction in market demand.
